Service Description

Release the tension of your day. Prepare your body and relax your mind for a restful evening. We will start with a slow mindful flow, moving into some longer holds, gentle twists, hip openers and forward folds. Finishing with restorative poses and vibrational sound healing.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
