This mixed yoga class combines movement with your breath. Guiding you from one asana to another, using your strength to hold postures during your breathing creating balance and endurance in the body. Always ending in a relaxing savasana. All Levels, Every Body

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. Clients must cancel by phone or text at 740-572-0629. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
