Service Description

Each class is thoughtfully curated to allow each child (ages 7-10ish) to realize their full potential—promoting self-awareness and a growth mindset while focusing on balance, posture, and coordination. This fun, engaging series of classes combines breathwork, movement, teamwork, storytelling, yogic principles, and relaxation techniques that encourage self-care practices and collaboration amongst peers.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
