This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, move the body and burn off excess energy, and wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. Clients must cancel by phone or text at 740-572-0629. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
