Step away from workday stress and step onto the mat for a refreshing midday mini yoga session. Clear your mind and practice self-care with gentle stretching and aromatherapy to recharge for the afternoon. Mats and props are available bit feel free to bring your own

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
