Service Description

Present moment awareness is the key to experiencing the Magic in the Mundane. Fully immersing yourself in the NOW allows your brain to focus upon one thing at a time; therefore, reducing the stress of “what if” (thoughts of the future) and the ruminations of “what happened” (thoughts of the past). In this 4-week session Shannon will cover the basics of mindfulness, breath control, meditation, and gratitude. Each class will build upon the last, creating a personal practice that will endure throughout your journey of awakening to the Magic of Mindfulness. Sessions: Thursdays September 28-October 19 @ 5:15pm-6:15pm

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
