Join Rod as he guides you in a traditional yin yoga class...you will be guided in passive yoga poses geared towards body/organ systems All props will be provided

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. Clients must cancel by phone or text at 740-572-0629. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
