Shannon will guide you through the basics of breathwork to calm the central nervous system, the five ingredients to any meditation, and the magic of moving your body in alignment with your awareness and breath. Each session is catered to the individual's experience and desires- making it perfect for beginners, as well as beautifully enhancing for seasoned practitioners.
Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
