Service Description

Part Hatha, part Vinyasa, part poetry and storytelling – discover your Self in the asana of ancient wisdom. All are welcome to this embodied yoga practice honoring the olde ways of Celtic and Nordic ancestry. A journal and pen are recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled class. Failure to do so may result in forfeited payment for said class. We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled classes at any notice, without forfeiture of payment from client. Changes or Cancellation of classes will be distributed by email in a timely manner.
